Maximizing female talents at the UT

In 2006 the UT developed a new policy with the goal to have more women in top positions with measures on the individual, structural and cultural level. The ambassadorsnetwork, a commission installed by the board, is monitoring the policy and advices the CvB about useful interventions. Examples of these interventions are: recruitment of female talent and offering them a tenure track position, UT stimuleringsfonds, mentoring program, career development programs for female talent. Another achievement of the ambassadorsnetwork is that it is keeping the attention of the management team on this policy. The figures show that the UT is progressing towards their ambitious goals for 2014.
