Background

In the 2013-2014 academic year, the UT launched the European Public Administration 'STAR-Programme'. This programme is aimed at students that belong to the best 10% of their cohort.
In modules 2 to 6 of the programme students can distinguish themselves with a ‘star project', after selection in the module before. A STAR-programme is more challenging and in depth than the regular project of the module.

In 2014-2015 other gamma programmes adopted the programme. A STAR-programme is introduced in International Business Administration, Psychologie, Communication Sciences and Industrial Design.

What is a STAR-programme?

STAR-programmes are  aimed at students that belong to the best 10% of their cohort. The STAR-programme is an in depth programme of the bachelor module. The advantages of following a STAR-programme is that students gain more knowledge of certain topics and are more challenged to develop themselves.

Upon completion, the Diploma Supplement will state that the student has successfully completed one or more STAR-programmes.
