Meow, woof: language and emotions of dogs and cats

Is a cat twitching its ears? Then it wants to point something out to humans. The same goes for certain types of meowing. Dogs also communicate with humans in their own way. We can learn to recognise these animal emotions. Three professors will show us the scientific research they have done to interpret the language and emotions of dogs, cats, cows (and even fish!). With funny videos and surprising advice. Prof. Pim Martens, Prof. Leonie Cornips (Maastricht University) and Prof. Marjo van Koppen (UU) make a plea for us to learn to understand our four-legged friends better.
