How do you use artificial intelligence smartly within HR? Discover it during the workshop "HR meets AI: From theory to practice" on November 19, 2025.
In this interactive session, we'll introduce you to the basic principles of AI, its opportunities and risks, and you'll learn how to work with Orange, an accessible data analysis platform. Matthias De Visser and Maarten Renkema will jointly host an interactive session. The first part, "AI for Dummies," focuses on what AI means and where it can be applied. Then, the session is applied to HR, and you'll discover how you can use AI yourself to predict things like employee turnover or recognize patterns in HR data.
