Cities to nature workshop

In a workshop on April 13, we connect construction professionals, policy makers, civil society and educators with an interest in blue-green infrastructure in the region of Twente. Blue-green infrastructure integrates water and plants in constructions, and can reduce heat stress, water stress, air pollution, energy use, and biodiversity loss in urban areas. We therefore aim to transform cities towards nature-inclusive urbanisms with blue-green infrastructure.

What will we do

On April 13 from 10:00 to 14:30 The University of Twente (UT) and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) organize a networking workshop on blue-green infrastructure, in the Design Lab of the UT campus. The workshop aims to connect construction professionals, policy makers, civil society and educators, in order to accelerate the transformation towards nature-inclusive cities with blue-green infrastructure.
