ERC Grants support 2019/2020 New calendar of events at the UT

Grants from the European Research Council (ERC) support individual researchers of any nationality and age, who wish to pursue high-risk high-gain research in Europe. In support to applicants, the UT organises an ERC general info session and ERC Training every year.

ERC INFO SESSION

This year's info session will take place on 19 March (13:00-14:15), in preparation to the upcoming ERC calls. ERC National Contact Points Doenja Koppejan and Mariëlle Brouwer (RVO) will inform on the type of grants, eligibility criteria and evaluation process; complementing this information, an ERC-grantee will share personal experiences during grant application.

ERC TRAINING 2019/2020

For those wishing to apply for the upcoming ERC calls (ERC-Advanced Grant 2019, ERC-Starting and -Consolidator 2020), the info session precedes more intensive ERC Training provided by the Grant support Office and the Career Development Centre. This training is designed to go deep into proposal preparation (including working on research idea and CV), for those committed to applying.

ERC Advanced Grant Workshop
The next workshop is scheduled for 16 April. Registration will open soon (for now you can express your interest by writing to eu-office@utwente.nl).
