Increased use of BrowZine @UT

In the past six months, LISA (Library, ICT Services & Archive) registered a notable increase in the use of BrowZine. More and more researchers at our university appear to see the benefit of using this tool – that is available as both website and app for smart devices. The number of minutes employees spent using the apps has increased fourfold in past months, and the amount of full-text downloads even sixfold.

If you haven’t worked with BrowZine before, wait no longer and try it out. You can freely access a user-friendly environment where you can search and read the scientific journals that are part of the university collection.  You can also create a personal ‘book shelf’ to flag journals of special interest and be alerted about new issues.

Click here for their website, or download the app via your app store. You can also find a hyperlink amongst the apps on your employee portal. Lastly, feel free to contact your information specialist should you have questions or require further info.
