Arqam Anjum 

Arqam Anjum was born in Karachi, Pakistan on April 1st, 1991. He obtained his bachelor of engineering (B.E) in Polymer Engineering from Hamdard university, Pakistan in 2012. In 2013, he moved to Germany for master studies. During his master studies, he worked as student research assistant at Fraunhofer Institute for Microstructure of Materials and Systems(IMWS) in the group of Polymer Applications. He continued working in the same research group as master thesis student. He obtained his master of science(MSc.) in Polymer Material Science from Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. The title of his master thesis was “Viscoelasticity of filler network in NR-BR blend composite containing different nano-sized fillers”. In 2016, after receiving his master degree, he joined Fiber Reinforced Composites research group as a research assistant at Fraunhofer IMWS. In 2017, he joined ETE group as a PhD student and currently working on the topic of “Advanced Recycling for Sustainable Tires”.
