Information for Oral Presenters

The conference room is equipped with a PC (windows 7, Office 2010, Adobe Acrobat 11.0) connected to a beamer. If you wish to bring your own laptop, please ask the technical student assistant to help you with connecting your laptop to the beamer control unit. Please do this well in advance of your presentation to avoid unnecessary delays.

A pointer/remote control is available as a portable microphone. The technical student assistant will assist you with these if necessary. Please do ask his assistance prior to the start of the session.

In order to ensure that the presentations run smoothly, all presenters are requested to:

-Submit a Presenter Information Sheet (in the conference pack) to the registration desk at least 30 minutes before the session starts.

-Supply the technical student assistant with the presentation files (preferably on a USB drive) and/or arrange any other technical issue with him at least 10 minutes before the session starts.

-Keep the allocated presentation time:

Information for Poster Presentations

The conference organisation offers to print the posters at the University of Twente and will display the poster during the conference. Please make sure the conference organisation has received your poster well in advance (deadline June 30th, see also www.fpcm-12.nl – Important Dates).

Two poster sessions are included in the program (see www.fpcm-12.nl – Program) during with you are expected to be available for questions from the other participants on the research presented on your poster. Since the posters will be displayed during the entire conference, there is plenty of time to discuss your research at other moments than those explicitly scheduled in the program.
