The Student Charter describes the rights and obligations of students on the one hand and of the UT on the other. It consists of a UT-wide Student Charter and a faculty component: the Education and Examination Regulations (EER) with programme-specific annexes. The latter states the conditions with regard to knowledge, insight and skills for students to obtain a degree, rules regarding education and examinations, and the tasks and competences of the examination boards. One of the tasks of the examination board of ET is to set up Rules and Regulates (R&R) on how to execute the requirements and powers of the EER.
