Marc van den Berg, universitair docent aan de Universiteit Twente, legt uit waar hij aan werkt binnen het Ecosysteem - Cultuur en Keten project in het Groeifondsproject Toekomstbestendige Leefomgeving (TBL).  Zijn onderzoek gaat onder andere over interventiemethoden voor professionals in de bouw, gericht op cultuurverandering. Hoe doe je dat? Wat is daarbij belangrijk? En hoe neem je de professionals daarin mee?. “Cultuur en transitie lijken iets groots en abstracts, maar je bent niet machteloos, als individu kun je echt iets betekenen.”

Marc van den Berg, assistant professor at the University of Twente, explains what he is working on within the Ecosystem - Culture and Chain project in the Future-Proof Living Environment (TBL) Growth Fund project.  His research includes intervention methods for construction professionals, aimed at cultural change.
