Given the increasing pressures on the existing infrastructure system and the upcoming societal challenges that increase the complexity even further, contracting organisations must continuously improve their performance and the fullfil the ever-changing role in the infrastructure system. Organisational learning is seen as an important means for such organisations to develop and retain the competences and adapatability needed to remain a leading organisation in the field. In this project, which takes place both inside DuraVermeer and from a broader scientific perspective, we study how organisational learning takes place, how it can be improved and what this means for the organisation's position in the broader infrastructure ecosystem.
