The project aims to provide insight into the allocations of costs and benefits of parking interventions using the Community Wellbeing "brede welvaart" of PBL (Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving). The main idea is to use parking policy and more specifically a few parking measures like the introduction of paid parking, permit holder parking or blue zones. The thesis could add to the analysis and description of the beneficiaries in terms of wellbeing to different groups of a few of the interventions mentioned earlier. The description of the literature as well as the application of the theoretical framework on the different parking measures are the main tasks though next to the required tasks there is also freedom to choose additional literature and some degree of freedom in focus and some of the steps.
