I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Northeastern University, China. My bachelor’s and master’s theses are focus on the CT reconstruction methods (FDK and BPF) and their acceleration techniques based on GPU. After graduation, I worked at United-Imaging for almost 2 years. At that period, I was mainly responsible for the image processing and image reconstruction for two projects, Full Filed Digital Mammography (FFDM) and Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT).
In April, 2015, I started my Ph.D. research at University of Twente and was focus on BioMech Tools project. I am mainly responsible for the image segmentation on knee structure from MRI data and the model of knee kinematics from fuzzy MRI or ultrasound data.
