ICT services
- Email for studentsSet up your student mail on your smartphone or laptop or access it online using office.com.
- Reset password or Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)The Self Service Portal start page has links for password reset (you will get an email on your private email address as submitted in Studielink) or to reset the MFA if you have lost access to your phone.
- Eduroam Wifi setupSet up your Wifi on your smartphone and laptop. Once set up, it will also work in many other universities worldwide.
- Software downloadsMS Office is available on office.com. For all other software licences for students, see the software section in the IT departement's Self Service Portal.
- University LibraryHere you can find theses, books, opening hours and every other information about the library.
- VPN connectionSet up a VPN connection from home to access internal information/systems. To access library systems from outside UT, search for 'off-campus access' to find specific instructions.
- Laptops for studentsThe IT department (LISA) sells laptops for students.
- Register your network cardIf you want to use wired internet on campus (instead of Eduroam/wifi), then you need to register your network card here.

- Student Guidance and Well-being (SGW)Contact SGW for information and advice about your rights and obligations, studying with personal circumstances (disability, handicap, illness), Dutch study finance, financial support, coaching and facilities during your studies.

- International Student HandbookA guide for international students planning to study at UT or have recently arrived at UT. It will direct you to all the helpful information on housing, formalities, insurance, campus facilities, support, part-time jobs and Dutch culture.
- Complaints deskAny student can lodge a formal complaint, appeal or objection. The complaints desk is located at Student Services (Contact Centre in Boerderij building).
