I was born on January 27 1972, in Nizhny Novgorod (at that time, Gorky) in Russia. I lived in my home city until June 1999 when I moved to the Netherlands. I am married to Pranab Mandal and have two beautiful daughters Natalia (born in 1993) and Piyali (born in 2005).
