Title: Peculiarities of sup-norms and input-to-state stability
Abstract:
In this talk we will discuss some stability notions of evolution equations subject to external disturbances. Here, these disturbances are measured with respect to supremum norms whereas the state space may be endowed with some smoother topology. We will show how this interplay can be used to improve on such a-priori estimates for several classes of partial differential equations.
