biography
Ilman Sulaeman was born in Bandung, Indonesia, in August 1991. He received his Bachelor degree in Electrical Power Engineering at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia, in 2013. Through Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) scholarship, he has obtained a Master degree of Sustainable Energy Technology from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, in 2016.
From 2017-2020, he worked at PT Syntek Energy and Control and has been involved in Energy Audits, Feasibility Studies, Interconnection Studies, and Front End Engineering Design of renewable energy-based power plants. Ilman is now working as a Ph.D. candidate for ANRGI project at Power Electronics group at University of Twente, the Netherlands, with main objective to increase energy access in remote areas and a reduction of waste of energy.
