biography
Junyun Deng was born in Hunan, China, in 1995. He received the B.S. degree in electric engineering and automation from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan,China, in 2017, and the M.S. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Shanghai, China, in 2020. In Septmeber 2020 he started a PhD at the University of Twente on the Packaging & Integration of Power Electronics project. His research interests include the applications of wide band gap semiconductors and high power density converter design.
