Registration
The registration fee for the MFHS2024 conference is now open. The registration fee includes:
- Program material
- Access to the conference location
- Welcome reception on Wednesday evening
- Dinner Party on Thursday evening
- Lunches on Thursday and Friday
- Refreshment/coffee breaks
- A 20% non-refundable cancellation fee
Fraunhofer EMFT is organising a LabTour. This is optional, please let us know at registration if you want to join the LabTour.
- There will be a limited number of participants: max. 30 people
- The LabTour will take place after the official MFHS part, Friday afternoon.
costs, Refunds and cancellation
The registration fee for the MFHS2024 conference is €550,-. But there is an Early Bird registration fee if you register before 23 December 2023. The Early Bird registration fee is €450,-.
Regular online registration is open until 20 February 2024, after which on-site registration with a fee of €600,- is the only option.
A €110,- fee will be charged in case of cancellation. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to mfhs2024@utwente.nl no later than the 1 February 2024. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will also not be granted for abstracts not accepted for presentation.

How to Register
You can register and pay for the MFHS2024 conference online via our secure system.
Payment can be done by credit card or via iDeal.

Do you want to bring an extra guest to the dinner party on Thursday? Please buy an extra dinner party ticket with your registration:
- First buy your own ticket: Fill in the form and choose your ticket.
- Before paying, click : "Submit and add extra person"
- Than fill in the form for your guest and choose Ticket Group: "Extra guest for dinner party"
Registration Receipt
Payment and invoice administration is taken care of by Delft Congress Support B.V. This is the company name on the invoice and on the bank statement. Your registration receipt will be e-mailed as an attachment to the e-mail confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.
All payments and registration will be done online. There will be no cash payments possible at the conference.
