- Abstract submission: June 19, 2017.
- Notification of acceptance: July 7, 2017.
- Extended abstract submission: September 15, 2017.
There are two types of presentations for which an author can submit an abstract, namely an oral or a poster presentation. For both types of presentations the author is obliged to submit a two page abstract. The submission deadline has been extended to June 19, after which you will be notified before July 7 whether or not your abstract has been accepted. For the proceedings of MFHS 2017 a full four page extended abstract is required, which has to be submitted before September 15 once your contribution has been accepted by the program committee.
Step 1: Download the template
Your abstract is expected to follow the lay-out guidelines provided in the templates below. There is a LaTeX and Word template.
Step 2: Write your abstract
Write an abstract of two pages, following the guidelines of the template. The first page should include title, authors, affiliations, technical description, and word count. The second page should include figures and photographs. Contact information and references may be on either page. Make sure your abstract summarizes your findings in a short but clear way.
