The registration fee for the EuroNanoLab Experts School: Dry Etching is € 300 for EuroNanoLab members and € 350 for non-EuroNanoLab members.
This registration fee includes:
- Access to the Experts School in the U Parkhotel at the campus of the University of Twente;
- Unlimited access to coffee/tea/soft drinks;
- Extensive lunch buffets;
- One conference dinner;
- One poster session with cocktail pary.
The hotel room is not included in the fee and needs to be arranged personally. Please see our recommended hotels.
