Within the Examination Board EEMCS we are currently running a pilot with a new system for handling student requests. The subcommittees that are taking part in this pilot are EB-EE&EmSys and EB-ROBSC. Because of this pilot there are currently two webforms in place:

Please note: If your request is an appeal to a decision of the Examination Board or a complaint about a grade or a decision of an examiner, then this must be submitted to the CBE: www.utwente.nl/en/education/student-services/contact/complaints-desk within 6 weeks after the decision!

The documentation to your request must at least include a Study Progress Overview and a study plan! Please make sure to disclose all required information with your request. If the request is incomplete, the Examination Board may not be able to effectively discuss your request! Documents sent in other formats than PDF will not be taken into consideration.
