located in Mariana, Minas Gerais, Brasil.
This instance corresponds to the morning shift at this school.
It was provided in XHSTT format by Haroldo Santos. Haroldo's solution can be found on page 69 (Appendix B) of
his PhD thesis.
This instance was corrected on April 1, 2015, by making the PreferTimesConstraint a hard constraint.
Lowerbounds remain correct after change.
