Many employees at the University of Twente engage in one or more ancillary activities: activities carried out alongside your position at the UT. This is permitted and encouraged, provided these activities are registered and approved in advance in MyHR. This applies to both academic and support staff.
To ensure transparency and maintain an up-to-date overview, the UT conducts an annual inventory of ancillary activities. We therefore ask you to check whether your registrations are still correct, or to confirm that you do not have any ancillary activities.
What do we ask you to do?
- A task is waiting for you in MyHR > tab items;
- Check and update your information where necessary, or confirm that you have no ancillary activities;
- Complete the task before 14 February;
- If everything is correct, the task can be completed with one click.
