All bachelor's programmes at the University of Twente offer a Student for a Day experience.

Once you’ve registered for a (group) Student for a Day experience, you’ll go through the following steps:

1. Registration: After completing the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
2. Confirmation: Within a few days, you’ll get an email with additional details from the student who will be guiding you during your Student for a Day experience.
3. Preparation: You don’t need to prepare anything. Shortly before the Student for a Day experience, your student guide will get in contact with you to talk through the schedule together. If you have questions in advance, feel free to include them in the registration form or send them to the student already – you’ll go through them together on the day itself.
4. Student for a Day: The student will meet you at the agreed location and time.
5. Follow-up: After your Student for a Day experience, your student guide will send you a follow-up message in case you have any remaining questions. If anything is still unclear, they’ll be happy to help.

Student for a Day experiences take place on campus at set times from September through June.

If you’re unable to attend a Student for a Day experience on the scheduled dates, there are a few options:

• Individual visit: If you prefer an individual visit, you can sign up using the individual registration form.
• Prefer to meet with a student online? Then sign up for an online meet-up, where you’ll have a one-on-one video call with a student from the study programme you’re interested in.

The (group) Student for a Day experiences are organised in small groups of up to four prospective students. Depending on the number of registrations, you’ll join one, two, or three others during a Student for a Day experience at the University of Twente.
