Bank statement for double/joint degree students

Double/joint degree students

If you are a Double/Joint Degree student you will be paying your tuition fee directly to the programme, you do not need to arrange the payment of the tuition fees.

This applies to:
-          EIT Digital students
-          EM3E-4SW student
You do however need to arrange the following:

  • Upload your scholarship letter via Osiris (only if applicable)

After you have uploaded the scholarship letter, the Visa department will review it and will comment on your scholarship letter via Osiris.

As you do not need to pay for the tuition fees directly to the UT, the scholarship can be used to show you can provide in living costs. The Visa department will state which amount you still need to show on a bank statement, if the scholarship letter does not cover the entire living costs.

     - If the scholarship does cover your living costs entirely you still do need to pay for the visa fees to get through to the next step.
    - If the scholarship does not cover your living costs you need to arrange for a bank statement. Also arrange the payment of the visa fee.

  • Pay for the visa fee

You are not exempted from paying the visa fee. Therefore please arrange the payment of the visa fee as stated in the e-mail.

  • Arrange a bank statement

If your scholarship letter does not cover the entire amount of living costs, you still need to provide us with a bank statement to show you can manage the remaining part of the livings costs. Please arrange the bank statement as explained on the previous webpage.
