Join us at our visa Q&As, for a private session tailormade to your needs. The Q&As are walk-in hours provided to you for free by our team at the Student Services Contact Centre. We are Cynthia, Angelique and Christian and we will provide you with all the answers you need.

What time: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM (during the lunch break)
No need to register in advance – just drop by, and we will be ready to assist you with any visa-related queries you may have.

You can ask questions about de-registration, the MoMi law, return visas, orientation year, or other topics related to your visa and residence permit. Here are some example questions:

Where to find us?

The visa Q&As take place at the Student Services desk in the Contact Centre. You can just come by Thursdays at any time during your lunch break (12:30-13:30h). Registration is not needed, you can just swing by!
