UT INCENTIVE FUND 2027 IS OPEN! EMPOWER DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION AT UT

WHO CAN APPLY?

• UT employees and UT students may submit a proposal.
• Proposals can be submitted as a group or as an individual.
• UT employees must be employed by the UT for the entire duration of the project.
• Students must remain enrolled as a student at UT for the entire duration of the project and be responsible for carrying out the project.

WHAT CAN BE COVERED?

• The maximum amount that may be awarded is € 10,000 per proposal submitted by employees and € 2,000 per proposal submitted by students.
• The budget may be used, for both staff and students projects, to cover personnel costs (including internal staff time and externally hired personnel), external services, companies or other parties, and material costs required for the implementation of the project.

HOW TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL?

• Proposals can be submitted through the Incentive Fund application.
• Deadline for submitting proposals: November 1, 2026.
