The ECIU University Forum is the annual event that brings the entire ECIU University community together, and you can be part of it! Apply now for one of the spots.
This year, the Forum takes place in Aveiro (Portugal) and welcomes learners, teachers, societal stakeholders, staff, and researchers from across the ECIU University network. If you are interested in attending as a participant, we invite you to apply through this call for participants. Applications are open until 24 February, 23:59 CET and can be done via this link.
Participation is free of charge for all accepted session presenters and participants. If you are selected as a session host or participant, mobility grants may be available through your home institution. Please contact our ECIU University office for further details.
The Forum is the place where participants exchange ideas, share experiences, and collaboratively shape the future of education.
In 2026, the Forum takes place under the theme Futuremakers: educating for impact. Together, we will explore how education can drive real change and empower people and communities to turn ideas into action and lasting societal impact.
Join us for two inspiring days of connection, collaboration, and co-creation as we work towards a future where learning truly makes a difference.
