Does your association have a well-prepared Confidential Contact Person (CCP)? All associations for students at the UT, such as sports, cultural and study associations, must have a Confidential Contact Person (CCP). This person is the first point of contact for members who encounter inappropriate behaviour or other confidential issues. A CCP can only fulfil this role properly if they are well prepared and well trained. That is why the Student Confidential Advisors offer free training specifically for (future) CCPs of student associations.
Why this message?
We ask associations to check whether:
1. A CCP has been appointed within the association, and
2. This CCP is properly trained or registers for the next training course.
Next training course
The next training course consists of two half-days:
• 5 February 2026, 13:30–17:00
• 16 February 2026, 13:30–17:00
To register and for more information, see: Training for Confidential Contact Persons (CCPs)
If February is not convenient, no problem.
Several training rounds are offered throughout the year. If the February dates are not convenient, you can join a subsequent training session later in the year. The dates are continuously updated via the registration link.
WHO IS THE TRAINING INTENDED FOR?
✔ For students who are (future) CCPs on behalf of their association.
❌ Not intended for students who find the training “just interesting”.
Make sure your CCP is well prepared. The training provides CCPs with the basic skills to deal with sensitive situations carefully.
