• UT employees and UT students.
• Proposals can be submitted by a group or by an individual.

• The maximum amount that can be awarded is EUR 10,000 per employee proposal and EUR 2,000 per student proposal.

• Your proposal must be submitted through the Incentive Fund application
• Deadline for submitting the proposal: November 15, 2025.
