Our mission and vision Shaping2030 is probably familiar to you. But did you also know that there are six Shaping Expert Groups (SEGs)? The SEGs help us to accomplish our mission. And the SEG Inclusion is one of these groups. The members of the SEG Inclusion share one clear goal: working together with everyone within UT to create a university where everyone feels at home and has equal opportunities to flourish. In such a way that suits your abilities, your needs and feels right to you.

LISTENING, Connecting and collaboratinGÂ
The SEG Inclusion is a team that aims to connect, to collaborate and to take action to ensure that UT is, will be and remains a place where everyone can bring out the best in themselves. Whether you work or study at UT. The SEG is committed to do this primarily by listening and collaborating. And by supporting existing and launching new initiatives. What matters to you? What do students and employees need? And what can we - as an organisation - do to contribute to this in a lasting and efficient way?
Engaged staff and students work on different themes
The SEG focuses on six themes related to diversity: internationals, disabilities, gender identity, ethnicity, race and religion, first generation students and sexual orientation. More about the themes can soon be found on the SEG’s website.
Ready to build together?
Working towards a more diverse and inclusive university. Obviously, this is not something the SEG can accomplish on its own. We are doing it together. Together, we ensure that we pay attention to what we choose, do, think or say. Because everything always has an effect, on yourself and on others.
