A very big thank you is in place for all 600 students and colleagues that have spent the last months working on the Online Open Days. What a ride! We made some changes in the programme, making sure that our future students get all the information they need in making their study choice. Visitors were able to get to know the University of Twente better through the many study sessions, featured topics, live UTalks by student report, a remote student and of course through the live chats.
Teamwork is the key
With over 3.000 online visitors, 740 unique chat sessions and 51 inspirational study sessions, the event was a big success. Every person contributed by playing a role in the (live) presentations, providing technical support behind the scenes, giving useful answers to visitors or helped preparing the Online Open Days. These three days prove once again that organising an event of this magnitude, in times like these, can be done if you are an enthusiastic, creative and committed team.

The student year will be unforgettable on our magnificent campus. To get a glimpse of the campus, its buildings, and all its facilities in a safe, Covid-proof way, prospect students can take part in the DriveUThrough to explore the highlights of the campus in their own car on 20, 21, 27 and 28 March.
