After the successes of two well-being weeks with the theme "Catch your breath" and “Boost and balance”, we are organising new well-being weeks from 9 May - 3 June with the theme "Respect & Reflect". During these weeks various activities will be organised in the context of well-being. With attention to vitality, physical and mental health, and also especially focused on reflecting on yourself and others.
To establish this, we have worked on a four-week programme with activities such as Laugh Yoga Workshops, Bystander Intervention Trainings or workshops in collaboration with student associations. Also we will be offering ‘free fruit’ and there will be an elephant. Curious?
