Annual interview (FJUT) for managers

Organizational development and the development of professionals receive a lot of attention within the UT. We think it is important that you know how you can contribute to our joint objective, make agreements about it and that you receive recognition for the services provided.

The UT uses the Annual Interview Cycle as an instrument to make agreements with individual employees, to monitor their progress, to make timely adjustments and ultimately to be able to evaluate the results achieved.
