Then come to this course, where you'll be reminded of who and what you truly value in life and how to cope with all the challenges that come your way every day. We'll also teach you to recognize the signs of stress and raise your awareness.
It's a four-week, down-to-earth course, a practical introduction to positive psychology and meditation techniques. Developed by Marjolein Prenger and Ed de Bruin (affiliated with the Master's program in Positive Clinical Psychology), this course has been taught several times at various faculties. The course is partly based on research into student well-being. You'll also be asked to complete a short questionnaire before and after the course to inform this research.
