The STEM for ALL scholarships programme aims to encourage the interest of young people, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, in scientific studies and to inspire STEM careers.
The STEM for All Prize is awarded by the Thales Solidarity Charitable Fund. The fund's main mission is to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Its actions are independent from Thales' recruitment and other corporate objectives. Recipients can pursue studies leading to careers outside Thales, as long as their connection with STEM fields remains.
Scholarship value
In June 2026, 60 young people will be selected by the jury. They will each receive a grant of EUR 5,000 (paid in two instalments in September 2026 and in February 2027) and will benefit from the guidance of a local Thales mentor for one year.
