How is the implementation project carried out?

The project implementation group is led by Arjen Grinwis. The project steering committee, lead by Paul van Dijk, includes a professor and a PhD candidate. There are several important milestones in the implementation project, see our timeline for more details.

 When will we move to Hora Finita?

All PhD monitoring activities will be carried out in Hora Finita from late 2018/early 2019. Currently the provider is on schedule with the preparations, the data migration test was satisfactory, so we are optimistic about this schedule.

Will I have access to my old PRODOC environment?

No, once we make the announcement that the data migration has taken place, you will not be able to access PRODOC anymore.

What will happen to the data I have stored in PRODOC?

All data currently on PRODOC will migrate to Hora Finita.  We will announce exactly when the migration will take place at a later stage.  Until that date, you will use PRODOC as usual.

How will we be informed about project progress and milestones?

Hora Finita project communication updates are being sent by email and also made available in this website. You can also periodically (re)visit this website for updates on project news and information.

How do I get up and running with Hora Finita?

You will be offered training in the form of a live demo session. We will also make training videos available and will produce basic reference leaflets for the various user groups.
