The Master’s programme in Human Media Interaction at the University of Twente is for anyone interested in touch interaction, brain interfaces, robotics, and speech and emotion recognition. These are all high-tech areas that can improve the interaction between people and technology. The Human Media Interaction Master’s is designed for students from different backgrounds (engineering, human sciences, art and design) with a keen interest in human machine interaction or artificial intelligence.
Human Media Interaction is for:
- Dutch students with a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Technology, Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence;
- International students with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
The programme combines computer science, electrical engineering, interaction technology, user-oriented design methodologies and psychology, providing an ideal grounding for researchers, designers and developers in the field of HMI.
