Information relevant for a prior degree obtained in The Netherlands:
You are
exempted from the English language requirement if you hold a relevant
bachelor’s degree and/or master's degree from an accredited academic
institution in the Netherlands. Check if the programme is accredited via the NVAO
register (see link).
Note: the
master’s programme in Business Administration hold additional English
requirements for students with a Dutch degree, check their website.

Keep
in mind that distance (online) education does not count as physical.
Also, a statement or a proficiency letter from your university does not
count, the documents mentioned are leading. Also, the combination of English
with another language of instruction does not count, it should be fully in
English.
This

If you still need to complete your (bachelor’s) programme you can continue your application. Based on your documents and the expected graduation date we may grant a conditional acceptance. However, you must submit your bachelor’s degree before the deadline has passed.
