You can only ask to be nominated for a scholarship after you have been admitted (or provisionally admitted) to a Master’s degree programme.

Unfortunately, the Dutch government has discontinued the Huygens Scholarship Programme.  Please keep in mind that you can only ask to be nominated for a scholarship once you have been admitted (or provisionally admitted) to a Master’s degree programme.
