Students with a Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences (HBO) do not directly fulfill all the admission requirements. In order to start a Master's programme you first need to do a pre-Master's programme to bring your knowledge up to the required level.
Admission to the (pre-)Master’s programme depends on your Bachelor’s programme. The following programmes related to Construction Management and Engineering are admissible:
- Civiele Techniek
- Bouwtechnische Bedrijfskunde
- Climate and Management
- Built Environment
If you have completed an HBO programme that is not listed here, but are still interested in the CME programme, you could contact the pre-Master’s coordinator to discuss your options.
Since the Master's programme in Construction Management and Engineering is taught in English and a profound level in Mathematics is indispensable, it is recommended that you freshen or brush up on your knowledge of English and Mathematics before starting with the transfer programme. Additional courses can be taken at, for example, Babel and Boswell Bèta or the Open Universiteit.
