The European Union encourages students to take part of their studies abroad. In order to simplify choosing an international master's programme, the EU offers an international Master Loan as part of the Erasmus+ programme. The first financier of the international Master Loan is the Spanish bank MicroBank, which makes it possible for Spanish students to attend a master's programme abroad at an institute connected to Erasmus+. The University of Twente is one of the universities that enables Spanish students to apply for a loan.
Applications
Interested students can submit an application directly at MicroBank for a Master Loan Erasmus+ until 1 September. The loan has more favourable interest rates than the market interest. The maximum loan for one-year master's programmes is € 12,000, for two-year master's programmes it's € 18,000.
