How it works

You can join an existing (Dutch) Learning Community. The Learning Community's webpage has more information. Instead of joining an existing community, we also work with your organisation to build a new Learning Community. This process starts with a thorough analysis of your company's challenges and goals. We then connect you with other relevant parties and experts to create a tailor-made community that suits your specific needs.

Gas Erop!: LC on digitisation using BIM
"I had the opportunity to think about how we could digitise the work processes so that I also benefit from it in the field. Because of the LC, all working drawings are now digitised and I receive them efficiently on my iPad. Plus all planning and meeting minutes. Thanks to the Learning Community, I now have access to all relevant information. If there are now questions on a construction work, I no longer have to search through all the drawings and can time-savingly go straight to the right file. We can also interact digitally much faster."

Gas Erop!: LC regarding project management
"I experienced participating in the LC as very positive. Outside, on projects, you sometimes saw employees struggling because they did not always have the right data. Both internally and externally, we then didn't make any progress. The LC was an excellent instrument to take the time and space to bring everyone together and look for a solution. My advice?
