The University of Twente is delighted to welcome you to the let's go! STAFF DAYS

Our four day programme for international staff provides opportunities for us to get acquainted, explore our relationship as partner institutions, and share ideas about student exchange and international education. We’ll show you the University of Twente, inform you about new developments and offer a tour of our unique campus, showcasing UT's academic and social environment. You will have the opportunity to showcase exchange options at your university to UT students at our study abroad fair. We look forward to welcoming you here as our guest.

Below you can read an overview of the activities taking place during Let's GO! 2025.

Staff days: 24-27 November 2025

Our Staff Days include presentations by UT staff and students, interactive workshops, academic and campus tours, lunches and networking opportunities. During the presentations and tours, we provide information about our institution, exchange opportunities, housing and campus facilities. In the workshops, you can join discussions about new developments and issues in the field of student mobility and internationalisation. Throughout the programme we provide ample opportunities for networking and exploring our relationship as partner universities.

Study abroad fair: 25 November 2025

The fair day is the perfect opportunity to promote exchange options at your university to UT students, and for our students to find out more about life in your country and studying at your institution. Held on the UT campus, the fair is arranged like a marketplace with a stand for each university. Throughout the fair, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with students, answer their questions and provide your promotional materials.

One-on-one meetings

During the Staff Days we arrange meetings between our partners and UT employees. This is a great opportunity to get to know each other and discuss shared concerns or future projects. If you would like to join the meetings, you can indicate who you would like to meet with when you complete the registration form. We will create a meeting schedule and distribute it prior to the event. If you have any questions or requests regarding the meetings, please contact us at Let's GO!.

The University of Twente is located 20 minutes by bus from Enschede city centre.

UT CAMPUS

Join our campus and housing tour to discover the beautiful UT campus.

ENSCHEDE CITY CENTRE

Stay in the heart of Enschede and explore the city at night.

U-PARK HOTEL

The U-Park Hotel is located on UT's campus.

Accommodation

UT does not provide accommodation for the Let's GO! event; this is the partner's responsibility.

INTERCITY HOTEL

Enchede's Intercity Hotel is located next to the train station in Enschede’s city centre.

U-PARK HOTEL

The U-Park Hotel is located on the UT campus (and either a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from Kennispark train station.)

Transport

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is the closest and most convenient international airport to Enschede. It is an easy two hour train journey from the airport to Enschede. From Enschede Centraal Station you can take Bus 1 to the UT campus. The bus journey takes 20 minutes.

Food

We arrange lunch together for our Let’s GO! guests each day. We also provide coffee and tea breaks between sessions. You can indicate your dietary preferences in our registration form.
