Invitation internal staff week Aveiro

Greetings from the University of Aveiro, Portugal!
We are pleased to invite you to the International Staff Week (ISW) taking place from 22 to 26 June 2026.
This ISW is open to administrative staff of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) under the Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Program.
This event will focus on “Sustainability: Practices in Higher Education Institutions” and offers a valuable networking opportunity to exchange innovative strategies, share best practices, and strengthen international collaboration in support of environmental responsibility, social impact, and institutional resilience.
We would also appreciate it if you could bring flyers or promotional materials from your HEI and your country, as well as a poster presenting your institution, to be displayed on Tuesday, 23 June, in a small exhibition featuring all HEIs participating in the ISW. If you prefer not to travel with a poster due to luggage constraints, you may send us the file in advance and we will be happy to print it for you.
There is no participation fee. However, participants should cover the cost of travel, accommodation and meals. Funding might be available from Erasmus+ mobility grants by the home institution.
The official working language of the programme is English. Participants should have sufficient fluency to actively engage in discussions and presentations.
