Parametric & Computational 3D Modelling

Our Parametric & Computational 3D Modelling workshop is designed for anyone who wants to go beyond basic 3D design and learn how to build smarter, more flexible models. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to use parametric and computational strategies to design parts, surfaces, and assemblies.

You will start by working with parametric solid and surface modelling, learning how to build both individual parts and full assemblies using bottom-up and top-down design strategies, as well as direct 3D modelling techniques.

From there, you will explore computational design, including:

  • Parametric and algorithmic modelling
  • Design tables and structured design exploration
  • Scripting and generative design strategies

Throughout the workshop, the focus is on applying these tools directly to your own design ideas.

By the end of the workshop, you will be able to create adaptive, data-driven 3D models and explore multiple design solutions efficiently. This workshop is suitable for beginners with basic CAD experience as well as designers who want to expand into parametric and generative workflows.

You're signing up forĀ Parametric & Computational 3D Modelling, 10th of December 2025, 16:00- 20:00.

Registration is free, but attendance is mandatory once registered.
