Eduroam update for a secure connection Update 9 december

On Tuesday 9 December 2025, we will renew the Eduroam certificate. You may notice this on your Wi-Fi connection. Don't panic, we have a few tips to make it easier:

  • Reconnect to Wi-Fi: For most devices, it's simple. Go to your Wi-Fi settings, select eduroam and reconnect. You will then get a pop-up to approve the new certificate.
  • Remove and start over: If it doesn't go so smoothly and you don't get a pop-up, you need to remove eduroam from your Wi-Fi settings. After removing it, simply reconnect to eduroam and follow the normal steps for settings. If you need help connecting, please find a manual here.
