Services, Cybersecurity and Safety researchgroup The goal of the SCS group is to develop methods and techniques for developing IT-based services that balance service levels with safety- and security levels, and to develop methods and techniques that make existing IT-based services more secure.
4TU Cyber Security master The 4TU cyber security master specialisation offers computer science master students a state-of-the-art education and an opportunity to contribute to our cutting-edge research.
TU Delft Cyber Security research Cyber security in Delft has a unique socio-technical approach towards the protection of cyber space. Researchers with a background in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, physics, economics, ethics, and law work together in research projects and teaching. In many parts of the world, cyber security researchers focus on the prevention of incidents, but we know that incidents do happen, and work therefore also on the detection of incidents and the recovery. All cyber security incidents have a technical and a social aspect. Solutions therefore have a technical core but require a detailed understanding of the social context to be effective.
